1. REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Pink Petal Lane! We take pride in the quality of our items. Please note that we generally operate on a 'no return' policy. That means all sales are considered final. Please read our  policies carefully before making your purchase.

We understand, however, that exceptions may be necessary. We will gladly consider a return if you find that there is a significant issue with your purchase by the 14 day mark of purchase. By 'significant issue,' we mean a major defect or a substantial discrepancy. After the 14 day mark of purchase, we do not accept refunds of the product bought.

If you believe your item qualifies for a return under these circumstances, please contact us within 2-3 days of receiving your order with detailed information and photos of the issue. We will review each case individually and see if you fit our stores requirements.

2. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY POLICY

Please allow for a processing time of 5-7 business days to prepare your order. PREORDERS can take 3-5 weeks. We appreciate your patience. 

Once an order has been shipped and is in possession of the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered after being marked as shipped or delivered by the carrier. This includes, but not limited to packages delivered to the wrong address, lost in transit, or marked as delivered but not received.

If a delivery issue occurs, we will gladly assist by providing tracking information and, when possible, helping file a claim with the carrier. However, refunds or replacements cannot be guaranteed for issues caused by the carrier once the packed is out of our hands.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is correct at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
